Since burnout is physical, emotional, or motivational exhaustion characterized by a decrease in productivity and leading to the depletion of life resources, it cannot only affect one specific area of life. It impacts a person’s entire life. Therefore, one should not delay and hope that "it will pass by itself," but should take action as soon as the first signs are noticed.
We need to provide the activity for the prevention events of digital burnout, according to the needs of youth workers and own individual psychological features of the personality, develop necessary skills, remember 7 types of rest and keep the rules of personal psychological safety with the aim to develop personal tool for the overcoming burnout and raising resilience among youth workers.
